Jacob has been my go-to sound integration person for the last 5 years! As others have said, he is a perfectionist but more than that he cares about his clients and goes above to be sure your system is giving you what you want! The first time he came to clean up an old system. Then we had him come back to extend our wi-fi and we decided we needed a new receiver. He installed that and updated our harmony remote! I contact him whenever I need help! He always responds promptly! Can't ask for better service!

Jacob is awesome and a perfectionist in the very best way! He installed electrical outlets in several places in our home and suddenly we became cord free! He mounted our tv and soundbar on the wall perfectly center, and stowed our cable, and gaming boxes in a closet, out of sight! He also installed a Schlage door lock, Nest thermostat and set up a Wink hub so that we can control everything with our phones! He made sure to explain thoroughly how everything worked and all the options we had with the app. I am so happy we put out trust in him! Jacob and Alex did a fantastic job on my installation of my home stereo equipment. They were very professional and they arrived on time. Jacob and team finished a professional pre-move-in installation at our new home installing 6 cameras and enhancing our internet to assure complete coverage for all cameras. From the moment I initially made contact with Jacob my intuition told me he was the real deal - and he never ever, even for a second changed that feeling. He keeps his word, describes exactly the process, does an excellent professional installation and ends with a thorough training session.
